How do the 30 credits work?
Your membership gives you 30 credits to use within 30 days. Come every day, or mix it up with a double session on weekends or evenings - the credits are yours to use as you please.
How do I book my membership sessions?
Membership sessions are booked through the Momence app - the same place you manage your membership.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes, it renews automatically every month. You can cancel anytime before your billing date. Memberships are not transferable or refundable.
Can I bring a friend on a membership visit?
Yes - bring a friend for an additional THB 400 per guest (max. 2 extra people).
What happens if I cancel late or don't show up?
Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment and no-shows incur a 5-credit deduction. As a member you get one complimentary last-minute cancellation each month.
